I found a really great website that has cutouts of tv show characters. We did one of the Tardis.
They have a variety like Heman, Care Bears, and Star Trek. Check it out.

I couldn't find my exacto knife and rotary cutting board so I used a paring knife and a regular cutting board for cutting the thin lines and scissors for the rest of the cutting. I also printed on cardstock. It stays together pretty well considering we didn't use tape or glue.
